We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from Noon to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
Feathered Friends does not have an online store. Our customer service philosophy is based on a personal relationship with each individual customer. To ensure that you are making the proper choices when selecting one of our custom products, we would like to take an opportunity to discuss your order with you. Additionally, you are able to ask us any questions you may have about our products.

SHIPPING
We generally ship our orders via UPS ground service
unless you provide a P.O. Box, request USPS or Two-Day Service,
for which we generally use Fed Ex. Here are the current rates

PRODUCTION TIME
Most items generally take an average of 3 weeks
to manufacture. Each item is individually cut, sewn, stuffed and
inspected. If a product needs a custom alteration or special attention,
please allow as much as 6 weeks of production time.
Feel free to inquire about the turn around time
on your particular order.

RUSH ORDERS
If you need an item within the week, we recommend that you first check our retail store for current on-hand availability. Many times it will be available. If we're able, we may expedite orders within 2 weeks or less for an additional fee. Please call for additional information.
