Here are moderate winter bags that can be used comfortably in the spring and fall, yet has kept climbers warm on Denali expeditions. We designed the Widgeon for the successful American 1990 K2 Expedition to be used alone at base camp and in conjunction with down clothing at high camp. With down clothing, you could use these bags on just about any summit attempt in the world. We use our continuous baffle design to provide increased versatility. The ability to adjust the down gives these bags a much wider temperature range than you would expect.
